The Alchemist

The Alchemist, a book, is one masterpiece. Written beautifully, this book inspires you to follow your dreams.  After reading it, I am in desperate search of the 'alchemist' for me ;-)
 
The story is about a shepherd and somehow, I could relate myself to him. The way he was dreaming and used to be happy about small things, I guess that's common between we two ;-)
 
The funda in the book "There exist one universal language, which everyone can understand and everyone can speak" appealed to me a lot, of course it had to, else I won't have been surviving in Chennai. :-p  
 
And the funda "If you desire something with will, whole of the world conspires to help you getting that" stole the show !!! I noticed it several times that I am craving for something and that seems to be impossible but still that happens somehow (touch wood ;-) ).
 
If you have read the book, hope I am making sense, else rush and get a copy and come back to my blog. Then lets make combined efforts to read the Omens. :-D
